When I came in the middle of my work day just to look at vehicles, I was not only greeted with a smile but with team work and enthusiasm for what I wa When I came in the middle of my work day just to look at vehicles, I was not only greeted with a smile but with team work and enthusiasm for what I wanted, not what they wanted to get off the lot! Steve M. helped me in the afternoon and when I came back later in the evening to test drive the vehicle, he was with other customers so Faraz stepped in and took me on the test drive. I did ask him about stepping in on Steve M. as my original sales person and Faraz said "we work together around here, we help each other out all the time". That is a statement I wish more companies would follow. Within about a 35 hour turn around, I test drove, made Steve M. and the finance department work really hard to satisfy my desires and needs and signed papers to get my new to me used van! I love it! I was however disappointed that one of the key fobs doesn't work on one door. I was told you couldn't replace or fix it because of the difference between my loan payoff that you took care of for me which was amazing in itself. :-(. Guess I will learn to live with that issue.
