From the initial contact with Bob, throughout the negotiation process with Greg, dealing with Dallas in the finance office, and then finishing with Bill in the delivery area. Each gentleman knew what they were doing and exactly what we needed/wanted. It's always troubling to purchase a car but Bob and Greg made it such an enjoyable experience. Dallas, who was in his first week, worked with us to keep our payment in range, while clearly explaining the first extended warranty we've ever purchased. Then we walked down the hall to Bill who knew all the features on our car and filled it with gas for us. Great people, great place, great experience. We will be back!! More

He did such with no high pressure tactics, just simply explaining the options in a clear and concise manner.
