I went into Toyota dealership last Saturday wanting to trade my Camry in with something newer. Jeremy Pugh approached me right away and was very friendly. He made me feel very comfortable. My Wife and I have been Toyota owners for many years and have been using Toyota of Des Moines' s Service Department since moving to Iowa 5 years ago. I have had my Toyotas serviced there regularly and the outstanding level of service I've received from the department and it's staff (Justin Miller) is what led me to the Sales Department for my most recent car purchase. We test drove a new Camry with Jeremy Pugh, got his business card and we left it that I would bring in my trade for him to take a look at. I was still undecided, but we both really liked Jeremy, so I kept his card. A few weeks later I stopped by the dealership with my trade just to get an idea of what it might be worth on a trade - I had absolutely NO intention of buyng a car that day. I told him I was undecided and really just wanted my trade appraised. We talked in his office. He asked me some good probing questions. I told him that after driving the new Camry I was leaning more toward a used one. He suggested a new Prius with the special financing available but I told him I really wanted to keep the price low enough that I would not have to finance. He took me out to the used lot and we looked at, and discussed, all the Camrys. He was very knowledgeable and couldn't help but notice wasn't shuffling a bunch of papers or trying to look them all up on the inventory - he knew. I liked a black, 2010 LE, Certified Pre-owned with 19,000 miles. He looked at my trade, we talked through the numbers, and the deal was done. Keep in mind, I was not planning on buying a car that day but Jeremy made it easy and he did it with sincerity. Thank you, Jeremy, for giving me the deal I wanted and of course, we LOVE the car!! Thanks to; Jeremy in Sales, Matt in Finance, Bill in Delivery and Justin in Service, we are SOLD on Toyota of Des Moines! More

On March 22 (2013) I made a three hour trip to your dealership to look at the Scion iQ. I was already "smitten" with the little bugger before we arrived. I had an appointment with Dan Corron so he wa dealership to look at the Scion iQ. I was already "smitten" with the little bugger before we arrived. I had an appointment with Dan Corron so he was expecting me. Dan was sincerely awesome. I decided to get the Scion and once that was settled I explained to Dan that it was a three hour drive back home and I wanted to get home before dark. I asked him if he could please try to make that happen. He said he'd do everything he could to make that work and he did! (We only had to drive in the dark for about the last 15 miles, but we were close to home.) Purchasing the Scion iQ and working with Dan Corron, Ryan McClanahn and Bill Klomstad was a great experience. (Mr Klomstad was so much fun, he is neat.) The process of purchasing this vehicle at your dealership was "no-stress" and actually pretty enjoyable. My sincere thanks to all three gentlemen and I am getting a real kick out of my little "go devil", it makes doing errands, etc way more fun!! More

Dan wasn't trying to sell me on a vehicle instead he listened to my wants and did everything he could to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted, really felt like he was working for me and not the dealership. The day I went in to pick up my vehicle Dan was waiting at the front to greet me and handed me off to financing which financing literally could not have taken more than 4 minutes signing paperwork and that's even with questions I had. Then I was handed off to a dedicated technician that ran through all the features of my new vehicle with me. It was so fun to be a part of a process that worked so efficiently. More
