We were astonished by the delivery person, (Roger Pries) who not only cleaned up the car, but spent over an hour carefully going over the features of our new car. We have never experienced such an effort to help us enjoy our new car. It's usually "here are the keys; call us if you have any questions". What a pleasant surprise! More
