Well first I purchased a Scion not a Toyota but that wasn't an option above. Scott was great to deal with, very friendly and strait forward! The gentlemen in finance was also great to deal with. This was our first Toyota purchase, and Jeremy Pugh did an excellent job through the whole process. He was able to work out a deal that would get us out of our current car which was in pretty bad shape an an excellent job through the whole process. He was able to work out a deal that would get us out of our current car which was in pretty bad shape and into a new Prius. He spent lots of time going over every single detail of the vehicle. At no time in the process did we feel rushed or pressured. The test drive was actually a lot longer than we expected it could be. We were actually able to finish the whole deal before the dealership closed for the night. That's pretty impressive for a very busy Saturday. I have several friends who have leased/purchased at Toyota of Des Moines, and nobody has any complaints. I highly recommend this dealership and Jeremy. More
