We came into the dealership to buy a new Toyota Corrola. We needed one right away so we were willing to settle on colors and features. However, one thing that we were not willing to settle on was price. We had a hard price ceiling that we were not going to exceed. At first, we didn't get the price that we wanted, but the next day, Jimmy called us and offered us the price that we wanted, which was only $30/month less than what was offered. That single action is why we bought the car in the first place. The only reason that I did not give a 5 for friendliness was because when we decided to walk away the first day, our salesman was not pleasent. He was not mean, but he did not even shake my hand or give me his card as I walked out. Other than that one part (which killed it for me), he was great. More

My experience with Toyota of Des Moines was very pleasurable. I worked with Scott Hampe and purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE. Scott went the whole nine yards with me from agreeing on the cost and pleasurable. I worked with Scott Hampe and purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE. Scott went the whole nine yards with me from agreeing on the cost and locating the vehicle for me. My experience with Ryan in Finance went very smoothe and I was pleased with the final purchase agreement. My experience with David to learn about all the features in the Camry was very exciting. I drove off the lot with sufficient knowledge to operate the options the Camry has to offer. The navigation system got me home and it was great to talk to my family hands free. I arranged to have floor mats reserved at the parts counter and was able to get them in the car right away. Now i look forward to meeting the Service manager. :) Thank you all at Toyota of Des Moines for a great experience. Tim More

I have done business with this dealership for the past 5 years. The sales and service staff are very professional and customer service oriented.
