Brandon helped me negotiate a very fair deal when the car I wanted had some damage that he promised to have repaired in the purchase agreement. Joe Myers explained the benefits of the extended warranty through Toyota, which I purchased. To the delivery day, where the final paperwork was quickly and efficiently processed. All of my expectations continued to be exceeded. The only thing we weren't expecting was the amount of feature demonstration needed for our 2011 Sienna XLE. It had been a long trip in from out of town and our two children were getting restless. So before the demonstration started we asked the service man to keep it brief. And he did!!! He hit the highlights of those things that were new and that we needed to know and finished the presentation in a very timely manner. Thanks again for an outstanding buying experience. My 10 year old vehicle's check engine light had come on and the engine had begun stalling out. I'm a single guy and I depend upon my car so I needed to replace it quickly. I was very interested in Scion vehicles so I went to Toyota/Scion of Des Moines to check them out. Dan worked with me as far as what my budget could afford. He suggested and we test drove many different vehicles in my price range and he explained all my options and patiently answered all my questions. I had never leased (or honestly even considered leasing) a vehicle before and my comfort level with a lease was low going in but Dan explained many of the advantages and disadvantages of leasing vs. buying for someone in my situation and helped me conclude that a lease was right for me at this time. With some quick adjustments to my insurance policy and installation of some additional options that I wanted in my vehicle (an HD Radio) I was able to drive my Scion xB off the lot that day. Dan followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase. That is why I would rate my entire experience with Dan and Toyota/Scion of Des Moines as excellent. More
Steve was very helpful. We had never bought a Toyota, much less driven one before. He went over all of the benefits of owning a Toyota, all of the features of the Rav4, and the financing available. He introduced us to the finance person, the parts department, and took us out to meet the guy who went over everything in detail before we left. I don;t know the name of the guy who did that, but that was the most info we have ever gotten when buying a new car. Thanks! More
Had to trade in our old Highlander. Due to an issue with my local Toyota srvice department. After the 120,000 mile service the tire fell off. Hit a pedestrian. The dealer fixed the Highlander per insurance guidelines, but it was never the same. The vehicle leaned to where the work was done. I did'nt need to drive a wrecked vehicle. Fortunately we chose to give Toyota another chance and purchased a new Camry Hybrid. The vehicle has been satisfactory and we look forward to purchasing Toyota's in the future. Also looking for another trade. I would like to trade my van and need a $15,000 trade in value. For 2004 with 63,000 miles. The make is Toyota Sienna. Please let me know. Thanks. Mr. Patel More
We just recently purchased a new Camry from Toyota Des Moines. We dealt with Steve Bunce. Originally, we were looking at the RAV 4, but eventually came back 2 weeks later and purchased the Camry. We were especially impressed with Steve's willingness to come in on his day off to accomodate our schedule in purchasing the car. We know this had to be difficult, considering that his fiancee was undergoing chemotherapy that day. It made us feel uncomfortable doing this, but he assured us it would work, and made us feel comfortable the whole time while doing this. As a salesman, his attention to our needs in a time when they could have easily been diverted were excellent. Thank you for the experience.
