Thourough and helpful but pushy and not personal. Todd and the rest of the staff at the dealership were very helpful in answering all of my questions. However, my car has 5 chips in the hood that were Todd and the rest of the staff at the dealership were very helpful in answering all of my questions. However, my car has 5 chips in the hood that were either over looked during inspection they were hoping I didn't see and were going to sell it to me that way anyway. I also talked to Todd on the phone on a Thursday, after stopping to see him 3 times with multiple phone conversations. I understand that he sees and talks to many people, but to me, part of his job is remembering his clients. Particularly those purchase a $30,000 car from him. I told him on Thursday that I would like a spoiler on my car before I picked it up. This was labor day weekend and he said it would be done on Saturday. I debated on whether to stay in town because I really wanted to pick up my car but ended up going out of town for the weekend. By Saturday afternoon, I had not heard from him so I gave him a call. Not only was my car not ready, but he didn't even remember that he was supposed to put an aftermarket part on it or what that part was. Since I wasn't in town, this wasn't as big of a deal. However, if I would have stayed in town and my car was not finished, that might have been a deal breaker. This was not very professional and very disappointing. The other comment I would like to make is that you should not force or pressure your clients into giving you an "excellent" rating. I did already speak to someone on the phone about the car not being ready issue but that still doesn't give you the right to try to change my rating just for your better stats. Your rating went down specifically because I was asked 5 times to rate you "excellent" or not to fill out the survey. You need honest feedback to improve your employees, which I think could use just a bit of improvement, but who couldn't. More
