The gentleman that explain the features of the car (Bill) was very informative and new his stuff. The over all experience was fun like it should be when you buy a car. Once we went there for an oil change on our car that wasn't purchased there. The Service Manager told us we didn't need one yet, You can go 10,000 miles between oil changes on this car. He could have gone ahead and changed the oil and charged us and we would have been happy, but he didn't take advantage of us. So we never forgot this. More
