A.J. Shindler was AWESOME, worked with me via phone for about 2 weeks, KEPT ALL OF HIS PROMISES TO ME!! I was amazed at the one difference...the end, when you get your vehicle detailed it is parked in a warm garage, there is a person who actually goes over everything in the car so you don't drive off not knowing, fumbling around to make things work. I was looking for a pickup or suv so I got on the internet and was checking out all the deaerships and came across toyota of Des Moines and seen a 2001 explorer that I thought might be in my payment internet and was checking out all the deaerships and came across toyota of Des Moines and seen a 2001 explorer that I thought might be in my payment range, I emailed Tom and realy didnt think I could afford the payments but Tom insured me he thought I could be in the range we spoke about,Tom said come in and look at it so my wife and I came in the next day and Tom was not in so he let me test drive it I believe on monday I fell in love with it and we did some paper work on it and I called Vince on tuesday and said we were approved and got a better rate then the night before putting us where we needed to be, We came in about 645pm and sigbed the paper work with the finance department and drove my suv that night. I also traded my 95 ranger in that had 211833 miles on it which was very centamental to me because I bought it from my father who recently passed away in august and they gave me a very very good price for it not knowing how much the truck meant to me.But I am vey happy with my new explorer andcould not be any happier, thank you vey much Tom Vince and Toyota of Des Moines, Thabk you Steve Sloan More
