Also, when getting financial aspects set up, the person we worked with in regards to that wasn't very clear with what he was outlining (i.e. extended warranty and extra services). He was really working hard to just sell something and was a little rude. More

In fact, I left after our first meeting and ruminated on what he had told me and then came back 5 days later to do the deal. I was very impressed by him and Paul, the used car manager who treated me very fairly on my trade in. My previous car buying experiences were a battle with obnoxious people. The day one hit the lot, Bob had me in there to see it. We looked at the Tundra to be sure Tacoma could do the job for lifestyle. Once I settled on Tacoma, he pulled up the computer and found out was on order and then we worked out the deal. Painless and positive. The worst part was the wait for Toyota to build my new ride!
