I want to let you know that we are very sorry for depositing your check before we were supposed to. Accidents happen and it sounds like your instructions were not understood the way you intended. All though we had a miscommunication between us, we did accept all responsibility and reimburse you for all of your bank charges that were incurred. Since you gave us a 2.4 out of 5 score on dealerrater.com, which is less than half of our normal score from our customers, you must feel that over half of the experience was not what you expected.
