She took our current car to be appraised and brought it back within 10 minutes while we were looking at cars in the lot. By the time she returned, we had decided on the Corolla. We were just deciding between the models. Becky opened any vehicle we asked her to so we could look inside. We decided on a beautiful red 2012 Corolla Sport. She then took us inside and started the buying process. We decided to go with a lease and she explained the entire leasing process. She was very patient and answered all the questions we had. Then we went to the finance department and finished all the paperwork and proceeded to the pickup area where our new vehicle was completely explained to us. We left the dealership with our new car within 2 hours of walking onto the lot. All in all, it was a great buying experience. Thank you! More

At no point did my wife and I feel pressured to buy a car. We knew what we wanted in a car when we arrived so the selection process of a specific vehicle was very easy. I had a very good experience at Toyota of Des Moines. My salesperson, John Lillig was very helpful without being pushy. He was able to get all my questions answered and did alot of extra for me.
