Hats off to Toyota of Des Moines!! My wife and I were out looking for a new truck and stopped in to your dealership to check out the Toyota line of trucks. Within a couple of minutes Steve Johnson appro out looking for a new truck and stopped in to your dealership to check out the Toyota line of trucks. Within a couple of minutes Steve Johnson approched us to lend us his technical knowledge of the trucks on the lot. After asking him a boat load of questions, we seattled on testing driving a TUNDRA. We really liked the feel of the TUNDRA, the way it handled and its appearance. Steve, at that point, took our information and told us to think about it, as we were unsure at the moment on purchasing. Some thought was given and contact was re-established with Steve on pursuing the TUNDRA we had choosen. Steve worked diligently with us on this purchase and after some negotiations a deal was struck! We really enjoyed working with Steve on this purchase. He was attuned to our needs and desires and made everything happen in a quick and efficient manner.
