Quality of work I rated high as the entire experience was handled very smoothly from the time a price was agreed on, to meeting with the financial guy, to listening to the gentleman who was very thorough in explaining how the car's features worked. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and courteous. I gave the overall experience a four as I originally tried to buy a Highlander in March where I could have the 0% for 5 years. There were no Highlanders available with the options I wanted. This was extremely disappointing but in no way Scott's fault as he tried several in and out of state dealerships. The price I aimed for was what was agreed on so I was very happy about that. More
