I had a very good customer service at Toyota of Des Moines. Aaron was very helpful on explaining everything I needed to know. However, I do not give myself an "excellent" because I was not prepared for extra "after purchase" decisions: Crystal Fusion, Ext get "excellent". This was the first time that I had purchased a car without consultations with a loved one (my father or my husband). I would have preferred to have looked over and given thoughtful consideration to those "after purchase" possibilites at least 24 hours ahead of time. With 24 hours to consider, I may have made the same decisions, but not necessarily. I would have had a greater feeling of satisfaction if I had been given more time to consider. More
I was very clear that in the past the dealers i had been to had kept me needlessly waiting and i had even gotten up and left because of it.
