I've been working with Steve Henigan over email and phone for a couple of years. For me Steve was a perfect salesman-no pressure, trustworthy, prompt, and friendly. I have no previous relationship with Steve, I just felt he did an outstanding job and I highly recommend you him if you are looking to buy a Toyota. Another highlight of my purchase was the delivery. We were in and out of the dealership in about 45 minutes. The paperwork was ready and there was no high pressure sales for additional packages at that time. Then we spent as long as we desired going over the car with another gentleman who was very helpful, unfortunately I didn't get his name. He showed us all about the car and set up my bluetooth hands free phone and primary contacts before I even left. I could have done that but it was nice to have it done before I left the dealership. My husband and I came in needing a vehicle fast as we currently live in different states and his car had died and we only had Saturday to figure this out.
