Right from the test drive, the folks at Toyota of Des Moines were excellent to work with. Steve took the time to show me the features of the RAV4, then after showing me them in action, let me take the wh Moines were excellent to work with. He let me control how I wanted the test drive to go in order to let me get a good feel for the vehicle. I felt no pressure to buy, and could tell that Steve wanted to make sure I got a vehicle that suited my needs. He'd check in to see how things were going, and once I made a decision was very transparent in his pricing and gave me a good price. Marcy in finance also gets a mention here. I really liked being able to see the inspection video on my cell phone. I was even able to "okay" a needed filter replacement on my phone.
