Derek immediately greeted me outside as I was checking out a vehicle. At his request, I explained to him that we were looking for a car which would be our second car for my wife. We had given her vehicl out a vehicle. At his request, I explained to him that we were looking for a car which would be our second car for my wife. We had given her vehicle to our daughter in Indiana, knowing they were struggling to make it with one vehicle and a family of five. I informed him that we did not want to spend beyond $20,000, and that I had looked at various used vehicles on their Internet website. I had narrowed it down to a red Prius, and he researched to show me two such vehicles which should have been in our price range. I saw the one which was lower priced than the other and was allowed to take it for a test drive so that my wife could see the vehicle. We both agreed that it appeared to be the type of vehicle in which we were interested, and it had been a couple of months since she had a car, so we needed to move on it. I called Derek and told him I would be bringing my wife with me on our return to the dealership, and that we definitely wanted to purchase the car. Although I was driving a leased Toyota Prius from a different dealership, one which was newer than the car we were planning to buy, it had several bells and whistles which the leased car did not have. After dealing with the financial manager, we were taken to the main offices, where a gentleman was able to explain the things about the car which I had not experienced previously. After he had done so, we brought the vehicle home, knowing that we would be receiving a phone call to bring the vehicle back for undercoating, etc. which we opted to purchase. In all, I think we accomplished what we wished to accomplish, and now both my wife and I will be driving a Toyota Prius. More

Everyone is friendly and courteous from the shuttle drivers to the office staff and folks who bring your car to you. During customer service training at my company, we were asked what companies we think have the best customer service. My answer was Apple & Toyota. The reasons I gave were: the quality of products, the fact that these companies stand behind their products and the employees are knowledgeable and have integrity. Mike has these qualities and he also takes the time to share his knowledge by explaining why a repair is necessary. More

We enjoyed the time with Derek, he met us at the door with a friendly greeting. Derek was a good listener and wanted to know what our needs were for a car, because of Bert's back pain.
