Price gouging and reports of sharing people's ssn's. Don't go there!! Raised used vehicle price by 2k overnight because winter was coming and not because a sale ended. Don't expect fair prices there. More

We could debate ‘fair pricing’ all day. You say winter is coming—add $2,000. I say 2020 models are out, subtract $2,000. The point is that you were willing to sell the 2008 vehicle for $6,937 on 10/1, but on 10/2 the price jumped 130% to $8,999. When I asked for the prior day price, Bob said now there is a premium because ‘winter is coming’. I asked for some compromise because only hours had passed since the price change. He said it was a firm price and the prior listed price was less than what they had into it. I doubt Bob actually knows what the dealership has into the vehicle, and even if he did know what was paid for the vehicle, dealer equity has no bearing on current market price. At that point, the dealer is just trying to fleece a buyer to make up for the dealer overpaying when they acquired it. Your commercials give the impression of a fair car buying experience, but in reality, you only bolster the public image of the “used car salesman” being the great American con man who will say anything when he knows nothing. Try to have some semblance of a moral compass and quit ripping off hard working people.
