I recently had a bad service experience with Toyota of Des Moines, after discovering a broken part on a recently purchased RAV4. I posted a review, something I had never done before. Within an hour, I was contacted by the Sales Manager, JP, as the issue stemmed from a decision made by my salesman. A few days later I pulled into their service bay, and was met by Service Manager Ron Short and General Manager Larry Murphy. They assessed the situation and agreed that I should have been taken care of in the first place. Parts were ordered, and today they installed the new fender liners for me. My wife and I love both of our RAV4s, and we will return to Toyota of Des Moines. And, I hope Joe Myers will always be around to assist with our financing. More

Second car purchased through this dealer and generally had good service. The only time we had an issue was with service when my husband got some bad gas at a gas station in our 2009 Rav 4 and it destroye had good service. The only time we had an issue was with service when my husband got some bad gas at a gas station in our 2009 Rav 4 and it destroyed some sensors in the car. It took several trips to service to get it resolved, which I understand, but the mechanic was irritated by it being covered by warranty which we had paid extra for and expected the help, It was resolved to our satisfaction at the end.
