From that point, we discussed my trade, sight unseen, and agreed to a price difference. At that point it was planning the 680 mile trip to pick up the vehicle and working around blizzards. I couldn't be happier with the experience. This is the 19th vehicle I've bought in my lifetime and Jim certainly went well above and beyond any experiences I've had previously with sales personnel.
