By the time I agreed to meet with Steve at Toyota of Des Moines I was a very frustrated potential car buyer. I was determined that buying a car was something I was going to do on my own, no help from co-signers, no hand-holding from daddy. And Steve was there to walk me through the whole process. I never once felt pressured into buying anything. He answered all my questions. And I feel he went above and beyond to work out a deal for me that worked for my needs and budget. I've bought two other vehicles from two other Des Moines dealerships in the past and after my experience with Toyota of Des Moines and Steve in particular, I won't shop for a car anywhere else the next time I'm in the market. The most I've ever gotten from the other two dealerships was just a nice card in the mail a week or so after my purchase. Steve has followed up with many times in the past few months to make sure that I'm still happy with my purchase and to remind me that if I need anything else, he's there to help.
