To the delivery day, where the final paperwork was quickly and efficiently processed. All of my expectations continued to be exceeded. The only thing we weren't expecting was the amount of feature demonstration needed for our 2011 Sienna XLE. It had been a long trip in from out of town and our two children were getting restless. So before the demonstration started we asked the service man to keep it brief. And he did!!! He hit the highlights of those things that were new and that we needed to know and finished the presentation in a very timely manner. Thanks again for an outstanding buying experience. My 10 year old vehicle's check engine light had come on and the engine had begun stalling out. I'm a single guy and I depend upon my car so I needed to replace it quickly. I was very interested in Scion and the engine had begun stalling out. I'm a single guy and I depend upon my car so I needed to replace it quickly. I was very interested in Scion vehicles so I went to Toyota/Scion of Des Moines to check them out. Dan worked with me as far as what my budget could afford. He suggested and we test drove many different vehicles in my price range and he explained all my options and patiently answered all my questions. I had never leased (or honestly even considered leasing) a vehicle before and my comfort level with a lease was low going in but Dan explained many of the advantages and disadvantages of leasing vs. buying for someone in my situation and helped me conclude that a lease was right for me at this time. With some quick adjustments to my insurance policy and installation of some additional options that I wanted in my vehicle (an HD Radio) I was able to drive my Scion xB off the lot that day. Dan followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase. That is why I would rate my entire experience with Dan and Toyota/Scion of Des Moines as excellent. More
