When I went to the dealership, I knew the model, trim, and package I wanted. I got exactly the model car with the extras I wanted right off the lot in one day and was able to have the financing and an ex and package I wanted. He came back with a price over the amount he quoted us over the internet, but then came back with a lower amount then before. He traded in our current vehicle and the amount that was given to us was $1500 more then any other dealer would. Steve Henigan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took me through every nook and cranny on the Prius. He worked hard to get me the best value he could on my trade. He answered my questions before I even had to ask. The only part of the experience where I felt a little pressure was from the loan officer on the extended warranty. He wasn't exactly pushy, but it was slightly more than just talking through the options like Steve did. I got the feeling he may have pushed a little more but I made a comment about everyone saying how great and reliable the Toyota was and I felt I'd be throwing my money away. He didn't have a response on that one and things went quickly from that point. He was very polite and helpful, but just a tad more assertive about the add-ons. He was a very nice gentleman though.
