He worked with me to set up a time, and was flexible to my schedule. He took the time to walk through all the details, even though I know he was very busy..and I'm sure already had a long day. I set the bar high for a new vehicile with what I wanted and have been working with Steve to hit all the marks and Steve worked really well with me and answered all my questions. This new vehicle is used with only 2300 miles but very close to new. I only wished the new car free oil changes special that was offered came with this purchase but I understand that I purchased a used certified vehicle. Steve is the best in his field and I will be back for years to comes and will recommend Toyota of DesMoines to others. More

I was satisfied, but it took more than 3.5hrs at the dealership to get the "best" price. This was a little unexpected, as we had been communicating via email prior to this. Not sure if this was a negotiation tactic, but I was under impressed with his emotionally driven response. I did appreciate their thorough knowledge of the car and its features. It solidfied the reasons why we were interested in the car in the first place. After the agreed price was established, the customer service was excellent. More

What i enjoyed most ablout the experience was we had a price point in mind and we were not shown cars out of that range. The finance manager in the used cars explained very well the fine points of financing to my daughter and her first car purchase. The showroom was clean and the car lot very organized. When we picked up the car it was a very nice touch having Joe show my wife all the instuments and how to use all the buttons on our 09 Corolla. Very good experience. More
