Oil change with no appointment I had just got back in town the day before and my change oil light came on just outside of Nashville Tenn.. So quick and easy With help from Steve, I was approved, had all my questions answered, and had all the info I asked for before I even stepped on the lot. Once I did get to the dealership, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Test drive was great, and since most of the paperwork and such was started before I got there, the whole deal was complete in about an hour and I was leaving in my new SUV! Before leaving, they made sure I knew how to operate all the tech stuff, and answered any last minute questions I had. Thank you so much for making this experience great and so easy!! :) More

Very good experience. Staff was attentive and helpful and willing to work with me. Easy and seemless. The only thing I would have hoped for additionally is that whe Staff was attentive and helpful and willing to work with me. Easy and seemless. The only thing I would have hoped for additionally is that when my sales guy lead me into the finance office, that it wouldn’t have been the last time I saw him- that was the last time I saw him. It would have really gone a long way to get one more personal touch and thank you from the sales person to just know I was not a mere “number” or commission. He was very friendly and attentive - but without that closure of “thank you” from him and a “please let me now if you ever need anything and I’ll be happy to help you”- it really felt incomplete. I do realize it was the end of the day, but would have really topped it off if he wouldn’t have saw it through. I really appreciate the help and composure of everyone. Thank you! More
