It was great!! I purchased my first Toyota Camry nearly 11 years ago. Ten days ago I hit a deer with my Camry and the insurance company totaled it. I was forced to buy a new car and didn't take long to head back to Toyota of Des Moines to find a new one. Bob Link patiently helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. He allowed me to test drive various models and we finally found a winner. The best car deal ever! I mentioned to Brenna Bjorland that I was going to need to replace my vehicle soon, and asked if she would keep an eye out for a good deal for me. I told her I was patient, I was paying with only the cash I have which wasn't much, and I was looking for something in really good condition, low miles, etc. I thought maybe we'd find something in the next 6 months or so. What I didn't know is that I had set Brenna on a mission, and she likes a challenge. Within a week, Brenna found the absolute best car for me! She contacted me right away, apparently barely beating several other salespeople to the punch, which I heard all about from each person I encountered at Toyota when I picked up the car. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. The car pretty much found me, and the process was so quick and simple. I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car, give Brenna a call.
