I bought the Tacoma, not personal interaction! My first ever experience wasn't what I guess I was expecting/looking forward to. My salesman was ok, the financial department was less than average! Trying to get a return call from anyone is harder there than it is for Congress to pass legislation! JD Kent and his department are a WONDERFUL GROUP of people to work with!! THANK YOU, JD KENT!!! The service department is also on top of their game and worked fast and efficiently, preforming their tasks!! Thank You!!! I LOVE my new truck!! I guess that is the most important part! I was buying a toyota, not personal service! It was an ALL DAY process trying to get this truck purchased. If the proper people and sent/faxed the needed paperwork to my bank in a timely manner, I'm thinking this process would have gone much smoother?!? I would advise you go with your own financial backing, if possible! More
