Top Notch Experience! I currently do not live in Iowa but I was back for the weekend visiting family. I was driving an AWD vehicle (that I purchased out of state) that I was happy with but, I have had some bad experiences with the dealership I bought the car from which has made me not trust the integrity of the vehicle I bought! My parents have bought 4 cars from Toyota of Des Moines and have done nothing but rave about their experiences here and wanted to take me to look into something that was more reliable than what I was currently driving. From the moment we got out of the car we were engaged by a friendly "Hello" and "What can I help you with today?". This alone was unlike any greeting I had ever received at the last dealership I worked with. Faraz Asad patiently walked through my questions, concerns, needs and wants. I drove a car and was then offered what I considered a fair trade amount for the car I was driving. Especially considering that I found out through Toyota that my current car, which I bought as a certified pre-owned vehicle, had been in an accident before I purchased it, which is not something that the previous dealer disclosed. I excitedly walked away that day with a certified pre-owned Toyota and could not have felt better about my experience! Everything from the first hello to the financing was top notch and easy. This dealership operates with the highest level of integrity and truly cares about the customer experience!! Although I live out of state now I would come back to purchase my next vehicle as I was reminded of what "Iowa Nice" feels like! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy new or used vehicles! More

I am a repeat customer at this location, primarily due to their phenomenal custome I absolutely adore this Toyota dealership, especially Shane Siegle. I am a repeat customer at this location, primarily due to their phenomenal customer service. I went to Shane years ago when I desperately needed a new car and had no clue what to do. Not only did he help me then, but he has continued to have my best interest in mind with each upgrade I make. Just recently, on a whim, I went to Shane with an idea of possibly upgrading and left with a great deal that day. I would also like to recognize the gentleman in the financial department who got me in and out in what felt like a matter of minutes. I got exactly what I wanted. I called the dealership just to test drive a new Prius after having my old 2003 Prius for 7 years. I was immediately transferred to Todd who asked hel I called the dealership just to test drive a new Prius after having my old 2003 Prius for 7 years. I was immediately transferred to Todd who asked helpful questions up front to get me in the right Prius. When I arrived we took a short test drive in the red one which I had requested on the phone. He explained all the new features in great detail and when I fell in love he helped me to find a financing solution that worked best for me. Bruce in financing was great too. Took great care in detailing the lease to me since I hadn't done one before. I only wish the delivery coordinator had been a little bit slower when discussing new features with me at pick up. But I've mostly figured out how it all works. Thanks for everything! I'll definitely send my boyfriend Todd's way when he is ready for a new car in a few months. More
