Great Car Buying Experience! My wife and I purchased our new RAV4 from Ken and we avoided the old-style, secretive vehicle buying experience. We test drove the vehicle we were int My wife and I purchased our new RAV4 from Ken and we avoided the old-style, secretive vehicle buying experience. We test drove the vehicle we were interested in, and there was no sales pressure put on us to purchase quickly, just a pleasant tour of the vehicle and it's features. We then utilized the Internet to find the best price on the same vehicle in a 300 mile radius and asked Toyota of Des Moines to beat the price.They did! When we went into the dealership office, Ken worked diligently to get our new RAV4 cleaned up and ready so we didn't have to make a return trip. They also did a nice job going over the extensive technology package on the vehicle. Nice experience with this vehcile purchase! More
