Got a quote from a different dealer in another state and that dealer was unable to give us the exact vehicle we wanted. When I went to the dealership, I knew the model, trim, and package I wanted. I got exactly the model car with the extras I wanted right off the lot in one day and was able to have the financing and an ex and package I wanted. Steve Henigan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took me through every nook and cranny on the Prius. He worked hard to get me the best value he could on my trade. He answered my questions before I even had to ask. The only part of the experience where I felt a little pressure was from the loan officer on the extended warranty. He wasn't exactly pushy, but it was slightly more than just talking through the options like Steve did. I got the feeling he may have pushed a little more but I made a comment about everyone saying how great and reliable the Toyota was and I felt I'd be throwing my money away. He didn't have a response on that one and things went quickly from that point. He was very polite and helpful, but just a tad more assertive about the add-ons. He was a very nice gentleman though.
