My new RAV4 rocks! Steve was recommended by a friend/former Toyota of Des Moines employee. I went with the intent of buying a used car, but after sitting down with Stev Steve was recommended by a friend/former Toyota of Des Moines employee. I went with the intent of buying a used car, but after sitting down with Steve, we went over the different payment options and a new Toyota RAV4 kept me within my payment price range I was already planning on for a used car. I love my new RAV4 and am very happy with service from the Ryan in finance and the service department for giving me a quick "tour" of my car. I have a few friends/co-workers that are looking for a new car and I will definitely recommend Toyota of Des Moines and specifically Steve Henigan! More

Jeremy and Toyota equals DreamTeam Speechless. Out of all the years of going in and out of dealerships car shopping/buying, this by far is the best experience I've had and my parent Speechless. Out of all the years of going in and out of dealerships car shopping/buying, this by far is the best experience I've had and my parents. This is the 6th purchase of a new vehicle at Toyota since 2009. Here's a brief history why this dealership is like a 5Star Hotel (best comparison I can think of). Parents went in 2009 and bought a brand new Tundra Limited and a Corolla S within a week from each other. Experience was so amazing for them that they returned in 2012 and upgraded to the Tundra Platinum and another Corolla S! Now here we are in the present. Last week parents went in again because they love the new generation Corolla S Plus. Jeremy stepped in the picture and my parents instantly knew this is the guy we want on our team! My mother is a tough lil woman and she has no time for BS. Let's just say at the end Jeremy made my mom into a softy! My pop's instantly liked him right off the bat. After the purchase, I get a call from parents telling me about the deal with the 2014 Camry. I wasn't in the market to purchase nor buy a Camry. But I went in anyway to check it out. Met Jeremy and BAM .. he sold me!! Walked away with a 2014 Camry SE and I love it!! This guy is so genuine and honest that he sold this family 2 brand new vehicles with in 3 days! We recommend Jeremy to the fullest! 11 out of 10 in our book! Family of 3, Tundra, Corolla and now my Camry!! Loyal customers right here! Upgraded from a Corolla to a Camry Ever since purchasing our very first Toyota (a Yaris) 6 years ago we've been loyal customers. And Toyota of Des Moines gets all of our business. Our Ever since purchasing our very first Toyota (a Yaris) 6 years ago we've been loyal customers. And Toyota of Des Moines gets all of our business. Our sales person has sold us our last 2 Toyotas. We opted for a lease with our Corolla and it still had about 6 months left on it. Becky called us to let us know that they were running an unbelievable special on Camry's. So she got us out of our Corolla lease and in to a brand new Camry lease for less than what we were paying for the Corolla. We've loved every experience we've had with Toyota of Des Moines and all of their employees and we're not exaggerating. We came all the way from Marion, Iowa to do business with them again. And will do the same when our lease is up in 3 years. More
