We found a vehicle we really liked and began the sales negotiation process. We were trading a Saturn Ion and paying cash for the balance. We also had an unusual request that we put into the negotiation. I anticipated that there might be some push back for our request. I even expected them to say no, although I was hoping they wouldn't. This was important to us, however, and we were willing to walk out if they did not accommodate us. What I did not expect was the venom that we received. To his credit, the salesman acted appropriately. We have no complaint with him. The Sales Manager, however, was a jerk. I have never had to deal with such an arrogant and rude sales manager. I've dealt with several difficult managers, particularly from Stivers and Stew Hanson, but never one so high on himself. He apparently does not need my business. We usually buy 1 - 2 new cars per year. I had hoped to add Toyota to our list of possible vehicles. The final straw was the unkept promises. Several times, I was told that the General Manager, Ray Murphy, would call me. Hasn't happened yet. I haven't totally given up, but it has been a few days now. We would truly like to purchase a Toyota Prius. It appears that we may have to go out of town to accomplish this. More

He found the car we wanted and worked hard to help us buy it. I would highly recommend him. We were astonished by the delivery person, (Roger Pries) who not only cleaned up the car, but spent over an hour carefully going over the features of our new car. We have never experienced such an effort to help us enjoy our new car. It's usually "here are the keys; call us if you have any questions". What a pleasant surprise! More
