Not What we Expected Although we love our new Toyota Highlander, the 2 month journey to get our vehicle was bumpy to say the least. First, inventory was low and we had to Although we love our new Toyota Highlander, the 2 month journey to get our vehicle was bumpy to say the least. First, inventory was low and we had to wait till our vehicle was driven (not on a flatbed truck) from out of state to the dealership. When we finally decided to buy and paid a deposit, we waited over a week before I had to call to get status. I would have expected our sales rep to keep us posted on a regular basis. On the day of final purchase, we found out that the roof rack had not been installed which we had to come back to have done. We brought the title of the vehicle we were trading, but we were not told in advance that the vehicle had to first be put in our name (it was our grandmother's vehicle which she signed over to us. The business manager who was about to do our paperwork showed no customer service skills whatsoever, and both he and our sales rep actually let me walk out of the building without trying to rectify the situation. When I came back into the building to get my cashiers check for the full purchase amount, I was told that it was already taken to the bank. It was the sales manager Rob Bierma who saved the day, and made the deal go through, although I reluctantly agreed to pay half of the tax credit. My best experience was with Bill Klomstad who was very friendly and walked me through the operations of the vehicle. He saved the day and I left the dealership happy with my new purchase. In summary, I believe sales staff need to go above and beyond to accommodate customers who are serious about purchasing a vehicle. If I had not walked back into the building, there would never had been a sale. I plan on bringing my vehicle to this dealership for regular servicing and expect to be treated as an important and valued customer. Thank you. More

Sadiq Quraeshi was amazing. We had stopped in one day to test drive a RAV4 and Sadiq had assisted us. He wasn't pushy or pressuring at all. He showed us what we wanted to see and we took his card and left. We decided upon the RAV4 for multiple reasons but a big one was because of Sadiq. Buying a car is stressful and nobody likes trying to bargain prices down but my wife and I truly felt comfortable working with Sadiq. He brought us coffee and donuts and the purchase was a breeze. After the purchase he even sat with us while we waited for the car even though on a Saturday I am sure he could of easily been back to trying to sell after our deal was closed. I referred my father immediately to work with Sadiq and I encourage others to as well. More
