Under-Promised / Over-Delivered When looking for our new Sienna Limited minivan, we were very specific with the features/options that the vehicle needed to have. Upon taking plenty When looking for our new Sienna Limited minivan, we were very specific with the features/options that the vehicle needed to have. Upon taking plenty of time to show us all of the features on the Limited van they had in stock we decided to custom order our own with specific details and color. Initially we were told to expect the normal 8-12 weeks from the time of order to the time of delivery. To our surprise, we received it in 5 weeks. Communication was great during the entire process, no pressure, and a fair price. Pleasure to work with Steve (salesman) and Chad (Finance Manager). More

Looking for a preowned Camry When we first set out to look for a 1-3 year old Camry, we really didn't think we'd end up buying from the Toyota dealer. We thought the prices would be too high, weren't sure if the certification was worth any extra money, etc. We drove a few Camry's at other dealers, but in the end we were impressed by several things at Toyota of DM - price, thoroughness of the certification checklist, warranty, friendliness and no nonsense salesperson, and the condition of the car. We left with a 2014 Camry and peace of mind knowing we bought a car that will last a good, long time and be a safe, dependable ride for us and our children. More
