Poor service experience - I will not return to this dealership for service work in the future. I was not provided what I paid for, even after calling twice to request the info. When I called in to chal dealership for service work in the future. I was not provided what I paid for, even after calling twice to request the info. When I called in to challenge what were very expensive quotes given for some additional work, I was told I must have mis-understood their earlier quote and it was not as expensive as I thought. They directly told me over the phone what the price would be. I thought it was outrageous, so declined the additional work. Then I found a receipt from them 6 years ago for the exact same work at less than 1/3 the price they quoted. When I called to find out why the difference, that is when I was told that "I must have miss-understood" the quoted price they provided. I had already had the work completed elsewhere for a rate MUCH less than they quoted. More

Great service department - needed an adjustment on the car computer managed settings and the crew worked the problem very well. It still needs to be changed but they are working with Toyota engineers to car computer managed settings and the crew worked the problem very well. It still needs to be changed but they are working with Toyota engineers to resolve this minor issue and will call me in with a final fix. Thanks! More
