I was in DM for a few days, but had unsuccessfully tried to schedule an appointment online. There was no room, so I called and asked to be put on a cancelation list. I received a text from the dealership as to schedule an appointment online. There was no room, so I called and asked to be put on a cancelation list. I received a text from the dealership asking if I was able to get my CH-R in for oil change and tire rotation. I said 'regrettably no' and that I had to leave the next day in the afternoon. Within 5 minutes of the text, I got a phone call saying they were going to squeeze me in and make me happy. (I wish I could remember her name, she was absolutely wonderful)! My car was serviced at 7:45 the next day and now we can confidently go on vacation. Thank you Toyota of Des Moines for making this happen! You are the best?? More
