Totaled my 22 Camry, I have called over a half dozen times and talked on chat 3 times and I haven't had a return phone call yet. Finance Manager's voice mail is full. What do you have to do to get some times and talked on chat 3 times and I haven't had a return phone call yet. Finance Manager's voice mail is full. What do you have to do to get someone to return your call. I need them to cancel my GAP insurance so I can finish getting my car paid off and this will never happen if they don't ever return my calls. More
Said they had rotated my tires and haven’t been. Made a pair of tires rated to go 80k miles wear out in only 30. Who knows if they are even actually changing the oil. Really bad experience with this dealership. Without making this too long, we were greeted by a helpful salesperson who brought in a "manager" to speak with us. I don't know if he was having a bad or what but after introducing himself accordingly began to speak to us in a condescending manner. Saying we don't need the suv we were interested in and wanted us to buy a truck. Also saying we don't understand the meaning of all wheel drive. And lied saying the suv we were interested in was not available in the entire country! My wife who doesn't get rattled to easily became upset and we got up and left trembling. We got a call back saying they can do everything through the phone to get us the car we wanted so we didn't have to encounter that manager again and after days of haggling and agreeing to a deal we were told to come back to sign paperwork which we apprehensively agreed but that was just a ploy. Said the deal was wrong and we had to pay more. And this was after dinging my credit with multiple inquiries. Plus we crossed paths with the original condescending manager which made it worse. When we didn't budge with the increased payments they said the car wouldn't be available for another month and asked if we wanted to look at other cars on the lot. We got up and left the dealership again. So disappointing. Salesperson was helpful but I believed was either lied to or conspirated with her "managers" to get us in the store to pay more then we agreed. Which seems to be their plan from the beginning since we met with that initial "manager". More

They kept my car for a week, I paid for the repair and took my car home. The next day the service advisor called and said they had not repaired my car even though I had paid for the repair. They took my car back and performed the repair. I traveled in my car to California for work and realized that it was still leaking from the passenger transaxle that Toyota of Dallas had repaired. I took my car to a dealer in California and they had to fix the repair that Toyota of Dallas had already charged me for. Toyota of Dallas would not honor their repair work and would not reimburse me for having their mistake corrected. I would not trust Toyota of Dallas for any further service or repairs. More

My salesperson, Shelby Luce, BLATANTLY resorted to deceptiion and fraud with a promise of goods and services to me if I signed my name for the sale of a vehicle. Not only did she not deliver on her pr deceptiion and fraud with a promise of goods and services to me if I signed my name for the sale of a vehicle. Not only did she not deliver on her promise, which she admitted to making in front of her manager, to build a rapport while waiting through the approval process Shelby preyed upon my Christian beliefs by incorporating Christ and a personal struggle we shared. Shelby went on with her deceptiion until she couldn't any longer with a series of unfulfilled dates to be mailed or pick up the check which resulted in unnecessary trips to T.O.D, unanswered and un-returned phone calls by her, as well as a "we owe" card that she showed us, promised to give us a copy and put a copy n our file but never did and when her deceptiion caught up with her, the "we owe" card had peculiarly disappeared. Even with Shelby admitting her promise to me in the presence of manager Paco, not one of the managers at Toyota of Dallas would stand by me as the customer and follow through with her promise. Instead, Paco, Zubi, and one of the finance mangers (whom Shelby flat out refused his directive to come to his office and address her deception) washed their hands of it and made me feel the most DEVALUED customer experience I'd ever felt. It wasn't until I called the Corporate Office in Plano and spoke with Benjamin and Tolli, then ultimately Amy/T.OD at Tolli's intervention, did I feel ANY sense or inkling of care and consideration as a 2x T.O.D customer. Thank you to the latter 3 individuals for attempting to right and agregious wrong. More
This is the poorest excuse for a dealership that I have ever seen in my life. It’s now two months later, and I still have not got my plates. I was told this morning that my plates were here, so I drove fro ever seen in my life. It’s now two months later, and I still have not got my plates. I was told this morning that my plates were here, so I drove from Oklahoma to pick them up now, lo and behold they can’t find My plates. if you’re smart, you will run from this dealership not walk run.
