Fast and Easy Service! George in the service department was great. I was just in for a routine service that I have with my ToyotaCare package and he had me in and out in les George in the service department was great. I was just in for a routine service that I have with my ToyotaCare package and he had me in and out in less then an hour! My 2nd Toyota - Go big or go home! So I found out the my 2011 Camry had depreciated dramatically, I decided to head over to Toyota of Dallas to get my dream trunk - the Tundra. I called the day before News Years Eve and talked with Andrew about the truck of my choice. He set up and appointment for New years Eve for me to come in and see the truck. First thing, he was very prompt! He called me a little before my appointment to confirm and was ready to go at 1:30pm. He showed me the truck I first inquired about but saw that wasn't completely satisfied. He asked the right questions and directed me to another truck that fit more of my wants and needs - I actually fell in love with the truck he picked out. He also worked with me on getting the best deal possible. Although the process took forever, that was no fault of Andrews (dealerships just take time). All in all, I'm happy. Andrew threw in some extras and got me a great deal! Also Mike from finance, hands down the most entertaining person to work with and answered ALL of my questions (trust me I had a lot). I genuinely felt he was as transparent as he could be and I left the dealership feeling like I actually got a great deal. I will definitely be doing business with them again! More

It's comforting to know that the follow up is as good as the purchase experience. Very little selling by them, just some negotiating. I always get a good price. I've tried dealing with other Toyota dealerships and they fight tooth and nail for every dollar. This dealership gets it. we want a good price without the annoying haggling that lasts 4 hours. So thanks Toyota of Dallas for the courteous treatment. Will buy a 2018 after my 2015 lease is up. Thanks, Steve More

After meeting with Mitchell, he introduced me to one of his consultants Andrew Clark. He took me the rest of the way and I couldn't be happier with my new Toyota. More

Buyer Beware Cody Freeman the "New car director" is a total xxxxxxxx and a liar. They could not get me in the truck that I needed for towing and tried every trick in the book to put me in something else. I showed them a truck at Toyota of Grapevine that would fit my needs. They told me I could not get in to that truck. I left TOD after working with them for 3 days and went to Toyota of Grapevine who got me in that truck I wanted. Cody Freeman has called me a liar because he does not believe me when I told him I could not come to him and sign paper because my mother was ill which was completely the truth. Bottom line is they are pissed because I bought from TOG instead of them and they are trying to keep my down payment. Sarah Mann is just as bad as Cody, she lied to Toyota Corp. saying she would give me my refund - this is no lady,. don't be scammed by her too. All of you having trouble should take down these numbers and call them ASAP Toyota Corp 800-331-4331 and file a claim against TOD DMV Dealer enforcement 888-368-4689 and file a claim against TOD and the Sales manager you dealt with. More

Most were unwilling deal with me and many were down right rude. I was looking a base model for work truck and felt like they wern,t interested because I wasn,t buying a 30,000 to 40,000 dallar truck. Ididn,t understand this since I was paying cash! Toyota of dallas were very polite, willing to deal, and came right out and told me thier bottom dallar. I have bought many new cars and this is the first time I,ve every had a good experience at a car dealership. The first time didn,t fell sick after buying a new car. Didn,t have too wait a few day like most deals to enjoy the new truck. My saleman, Thomas Stauts, was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. This is my first review I,ve ever done that how impressed I was. Highly recommed. More
