Mr. Bao Nguyen took the time to answer all my question and concern since I had bad experience with buying a car in the past and he wasn't trying to force me to buy a car or anything. I'm so glad that I took the chance and came in today, I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Got a me great xxx deal-fully loaded and won a free gift during their event. Thanks to Mr. Brent Williams for helping me with all the services that I have requested and financing the car to me. On top of that he gave me an extra car key for FREE!!! He went above and beyond, thank you for your help! Driving home with my new car!! Come check them out if you're looking for a new car and ask for Bao Nguyen and Brent Williams, great help!!! Deceptive Practices. DO NOT TRUST RICHARD BROOKS. I only put a star because I had to and I put two stars for friendliness for the gentleman who helped me. but if I could, the overall experience would I only put a star because I had to and I put two stars for friendliness for the gentleman who helped me. but if I could, the overall experience would be a ZERO STAR RATING. So first I would like to say that I do not have good credit and sure as heck not the most qualified customer. Albeit, I am still a consumer and should be treated equally as all other customers. Anyways, I inquired about a Hyundai Genesis that was new in their inventory after they sold the TSX that I had originally asked about. For about a week or so, Richard Brooks, and I corresponded through e-mail trying to sort out the details, down payment, personal info, etc. After all that I was still apprehensive about even being qualified for the vehicle in question and Richard reassured me that I was and to schedule an appointment. Mind you, we live 5 hours away from Dallas. So, I went ahead and set up the appointment and we drive there the next day (which was yesterday). Richard was not at the dealership (called me saying he had a family emergency, but he had everything ready for me and to ask for another salesman to help) I was greeted by gentleman (do not remember his name) and he gets on the computer and tells me that the HYUNDAI GENESIS HAD BEEN SOLD THE NIGHT PRIOR. But Richard Brooks failed to tell me this very significant update! Not only that, the gentleman helped me had to re-gather all our info to run our credit because Richard did not have our papers ready. Then he tells me that, I did NOT qualify for that vehicle and does not know why Richard told me otherwise. With that being said, I maintained my composure although I was burning with fury inside. The gentleman who did help me while at the dealership seemed genuine in trying to help but who knows. I am sure that this type of service is not conducive to the dealership's mission in providing excellent customer service. PLEASE DO NOT, AND I MEAN DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT RICHARD BROOKS HAS TO SAY. DO NOT TRUST RICHARD BROOKS! More

Extended warranty automatically added to your approval, zaktech treatment that they say comes with all their used cars. They charge you for it. Bait and Switch, price of car on contract more than the internet price. I be this is a regular practice when they get someone with bad credit financed. You won't want to fight the deal because they already got it approved. If you have good credit and no trouble getting financed you should not have to take any of this stuff unless you want it. More

Happy Buyer!!!!! My husband and I purchased an almost new Toyota Tundra Limited from this dealership and we could not be happier!! We had been looking on the interne My husband and I purchased an almost new Toyota Tundra Limited from this dealership and we could not be happier!! We had been looking on the internet for several months and dealt with other dealerships, which weren't good experiences, especially Toyota dealer of Rockwall. We were about to give up and saw this truck at Toyota of Dallas. We live in a small TX town, which is close to the Ark. border, so we had to deal with them long distance. I spoke to the saleman Yony and he was exceptional! He was straight up and told us what he could do or couldn't do. We drove 3 hrs and hoping everything would be as promised and it definitely was! Yony was true to his word and delivered everything promised and we drove home with a truck we thought we would never own. This dealership is exceptional. They have moved into a new building and have new staff and it shows they are working real hard to build an excellant dealership. I would recommend anyone to this dealership. This place is a rip off ! The service advisor Alvin Carpio first over charged me on the amount of oil my tuck takes, then attempted to get me to replace the rear shocks for ! The service advisor Alvin Carpio first over charged me on the amount of oil my tuck takes, then attempted to get me to replace the rear shocks for $750.00 and front Struts for $1,500.00. My shocks and struts are fine and no need of replacement. When I neglected to get his over priced shocks and struts, his reply was. " Is it that you can not afford it?" The service manager agreed I was over charged and stated he would contact me for refund. No contact. Two messaged left for the General Manager Darren Dorch. No return call. Warning this place will rip you off. More

Between all of the people I worked with nothing was consistent with the information that all of them had. Very poor communication inside the building from one man to another. I wish this would have been a easier transition but instead a headache and now my bank is hitting me with late payments for the car I don't even have. I was contacted yesterday by sales guy Juan carlos and was told that they needed A check stub for my wife. ( We already had done this the first day 27th of Jan). Than was told by my sales guy I need to contact my finance man (Charles Green ) to find out when my pay off would be sent. I called Charles he had no Ideal and said he would call me back. NO call. Today I called the finance company and they had no record of my car loan, than I called Freddie Guandique the used car manager, he says the deal is done and he would get me a copy of check that was sent to my bank, this has yet to be shown. Don't buy used cars from Toyota of Dallas!! I bought a used Lexus LS 430 last year from TOD. The right side rear view mirror was not working properly before we sign the paperwork and the salesman (Richard Brooks) promised that they WILL TAKE CARE OF IT when it was convenient for us but so far nothing has been done. He won't return my call and the used car manager( Shane Manry) was going to look into the situation for me but still NO word from him either. They promised you everything but don't deliver. This is how they operate. I got tired of trying to get a hold of them. I will NOT BE BUYING from TOD ever again!!! More
