JJ, I apologize for the unsatisfactory Service visit you experienced. For scheduled appointments, we strive to perform a basic service such as yours within 60 minutes and we failed to accomplish that. I have met with my management team and reviewed our processes and expectations. Without knowing the details of your visit, I am unable to take corrective action on an individual basis, but I have reviewed your experience with the Advisor staff as a whole. We changed our Sunday Service menu June 1st, so there may have been some disconnect as our staff only rotates through Sunday Service on a monthly basis. I sincerely appreciate your feedback- often customers will not take the time to let us know how to improve. I hope we can get the opportunity to service your Toyota at its next scheduled maintenance interval, and when you make that appointment please have them email me so that I may personally follow up with you on your experience.
