Excellent Experience with Doug Johnson I am are a loyal Toyata customer so once I decided my new car would be a 2017 RAV4, I contacted serveral Toyota dealers in DFW online...giving them m I am are a loyal Toyata customer so once I decided my new car would be a 2017 RAV4, I contacted serveral Toyota dealers in DFW online...giving them my simple list: color preference, trim package and a couple of optional items. I let them know I would be makng the purchase within a couple of days, cash pay, very simple and the best price would get my business. Doug Johnson went above and beyond...he responsed quickly not only with the best price but a short video of the interior and exterior of the exact RAV4 I would end up purchasing just two days later. I set up a time to make tmy purchase on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend so the dealership was very busy. Doug greeted me and had all the paperwork possible prepared ahead of time; he was professional and courteous. Doug made sure to answer any questions I had, made sure I had everything I needed and expected. So, I was in and out in no time This was the best buying experience I have had with a Toyota Dealership. I would most definately recommend Doug Johnson with Toyota of Dallas to family and friends. Love my new car :) More
