Pathetic service ! 3% charge added for using credit card. And service manager did not try to resolve the issue. Talked to him about and he doesn't care. Customer should be notified before the work was done. There is no sign of this practice in the service area. Most business if they charge fees on credit card they post a a sign on this matter. Also the service advisor was trying to sell their credit card with no service charge . Deceptive business practice and trying to cheat customers! More
Toyota of Dallas was very efficient servicing my Tacoma. I brought it in and in around an hour they had my oil changed and the front end alignment completed. They offer pricing for oil changes that the “qui I brought it in and in around an hour they had my oil changed and the front end alignment completed. They offer pricing for oil changes that the “quick change” businesses can’t match, not to mention the confidence that my Toyota is being serviced by Toyota. Alec is a great service advisor and I highly recommend them when considering a location to service your vehicle. A solid 10 out of 10 from me. More
