Beware when lease car from Toyota Dallas I went to lease a 2018 Toyota Camry from this dealer in Jan 2018..my salesman was Adrian, his manager was Syed..they both promised me 3-year lease and I went to lease a 2018 Toyota Camry from this dealer in Jan 2018..my salesman was Adrian, his manager was Syed..they both promised me 3-year lease and 20k miles per year...i asked them several times and even to the finance lady (i think Van is her name) and they are all assured me i will get whatever was discussed. Guess what after several emails and texts..Adrian never replied about my question and i found out it was only 12k allowance on my paperwork. Beware when you deal with these crooks !!! More

Great environment, very long unnecessary wait! Salesperson and sales manager were great, good supportive environment, clean. Waiting 5 hours to buy a car was terrible. Salesperson could have found a newer car for the price I paid, I definitely overpaid by 4-5,000, but that is my fault. I should have negotiated a better sales price for a newer car. Definitely advise to not finance through Toyota, it will save you 2-3 hours, and headache/stress, use your bank, credit union, or any other source but waiting hours going through paperwork. First time using dealership financing, will never do again. Will work to pay down this car, and refinance as soon as I can. Make sure you get keys with key less entry if its listed as one of the cars features. Lute Riley Honda or Toyota of Richardson would have been much better. More
