The other dealers up to this day ... they say that they would think about it. This dealer within 2 hours call me and said Come and pick up your truck for the price that I offered them. Awesome Great service , friendly people , I would say NO HASSLE garantee. Thanks Alex More

From Siyad calling me to ensure my questions had been answered, to Omar spending 5 hours with me test driving and negotiating the right car for me, to Roberto/Patrick assisting me with the financing documents, and finally with Mike thanking me for my business at the end of an incredibly long day, I could not have had a better experience than this one. Everyone was kind and patient. I bought my first vehicle at this dealership over a decade ago and I am happy to say the dealership has only gotten better! Thank you Toyota of Dallas! More
Great help from Syed, Thomas and Patrick Sorry doing this on an iPhone so please excuse grammatical mistakes. I emailed in about a Toyota 4Runner TRD Premium vehicle. Syed had the info out to me that day and had the car on hold. I wasn’t planning to make it in until Friday but I came in last minute on a Thursday. Syed set me up with Thomas who was a solid guy and very helpful. After getting the car at a great deal for both of us Thomas got me setup with Patrick from Finance. While working with Patrick, Thomas got all of my backend paperwork done so I could get out of there as fast as possible. Patrick got me setup with a great extended warranty and treated me very well. I was very pleased with my car buying experience. I have already share my positive experience with my work colleagues. Thanks for making this an easy process. More
Avoid at all costs Avoid this dealership at all costs. I've had my previous car serviced here before - bought the extended maintenance plan so it covered oil changes Avoid this dealership at all costs. I've had my previous car serviced here before - bought the extended maintenance plan so it covered oil changes and basic care. While the staff have always been courteous, there was always an issue with the service. Bolts holding the components around the the engine were never replaced. Completely removed and never returned the air filter screws (had to use industrial zip ties to keep the lid in place while we ordered new screws). Minor scratches to the cloth interior. One time a lug nut was not returned after doing a tire rotation. They are annoyances, but fixable. Things happen and I didn't complain about them since they were minor. This time, the service center damaged my new vehicle and have yet to resolve the situation. Went in Saturday February 3rd for the 30k maintenance and state inspection. During this process, my vehicle was damaged and the windshield had to be replaced. It took them over 3 hours to gather the courage to tell me about said damage while I sat and waited (this should have been an hour/hour 30 turn-around with no reason to make me wait so long to tell me that they damaged my car). The bumper, hood, and roof all sustained damage. While they replaced the windshield "free of charge," they did a horrible job of cleaning up the mess inside the vehicle. To the point of "if someone sat in this car, they would have been hurt." There were glass pieces everywhere along the front seat, floorboards, dashboard, even the glove box! The closed glove box had pieces of glass in it. Insane! The shards ranged from the size of a pin to the size of my thumbnail. I understand that glass tends to travel, but the thumbnail size pieces were sitting on the passenger front seat. In plan view. There is no excuse to have had my car returned to me in such a manner. Instead of going back to the dealership to have it cleaned, I did it myself. I no longer trust them with my car. There was even glass in the air filters. I had to get new ones as a precaution. All in all, my easy 30k maintenance check turned into 2 days of headaches and cleaning. It's now been a month since this incident occurred. I was able to get an appointment with the collision center 2 weeks later, with a promise of a follow-up call to schedule repairs. That was over 2 weeks ago. No call back. Every time I call in I get placed on hold or sent to a full voice mail. The corporate office continues to do nothing and sends me back to the dealership. I've been nothing but patient and polite throughout this experience. I haven't yelled. I haven't screamed at the top of my lugs. I haven't threatened legal action. Yet I'm not getting any consideration for what's happened. My car was damaged. It's value now reduced. It's going on the car's history and will forever affect my insurance rates and future sale of the vehicle. I'm getting screwed over by Toyota's inability to do a standard maintenance and check-up, and they can't bother to call me back. Do not go to this dealership. They are the worst. Staff can be nice, but that doesn't make up for the damage they've done to my vehicle. Niceties doesn't absolve them of their past negligence. And seeing how much Toyota corporate doesn't care to resolve this in general, I'm urging everyone to go anywhere BUT a Toyota dealership. Appalled, disappointed, and beyond dissatisfied. Thanks for ruining my car, Toyota - the first nice thing I've ever purchased for myself in my 33 years of existence and you damaged it. Would give 0 stars on this review if I could. More

Don't even stop by to look, you may end up Ubering back! I have lived in Dallas for over 20 years, and have bought few cars in DFW area. Toyota Of Dallas turned out to be the worst experience while buying a car. I am a female in my 30s, and was treated like i am an idiot (let me assure you, I am not). They sold me a car that had a service light come up few days later, once in reverse-it makes a thumping noise, drinks gas like its a hummer (certainly doesn't look like one). Needles to say I wasn't happy two days after purchase and they would not work with me whatsoever even ignored my calls for weeks. I was lied to by General Finance Manager, multiple other managers. After countless attempts to reverse the deal, they finally agreed to take the car back, but refused to give me my trade-in, saying its theirs now since i signed off the title. Like I am suppose to Uber out of there and in life. I could have gone to 100s of car dealerships but chose a "Great One" (or so i thought). My advice to you all is to save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere, there is not a good apple in that place. More
