Great environment, very long unnecessary wait! Salesperson and sales manager were great, good supportive environment, clean. Waiting 5 hours to buy a car was terrible. Salesperson could have found a newer car for the price I paid, I definitely overpaid by 4-5,000, but that is my fault. I should have negotiated a better sales price for a newer car. Definitely advise to not finance through Toyota, it will save you 2-3 hours, and headache/stress, use your bank, credit union, or any other source but waiting hours going through paperwork. First time using dealership financing, will never do again. Will work to pay down this car, and refinance as soon as I can. Make sure you get keys with key less entry if its listed as one of the cars features. Lute Riley Honda or Toyota of Richardson would have been much better. More

very frustrating Arrived at dealership little before midday on Tuesday 4/10/18, sat in truck for few minutes, and when no one approach me I went inside and asked if Arrived at dealership little before midday on Tuesday 4/10/18, sat in truck for few minutes, and when no one approach me I went inside and asked if I needed to check in, service rep advised that someone will be with me shortly Stood outside my truck waiting, few other vehicles arrived and young lady went to them and helped checked them in AND I’m still waiting. I asked her if anyone will be checking me in because I’ve been waiting and no reps approached, she asked if I had an appointment, I replied no. She went inside and came back but still no service Few other cars (4-5) arrived and they were attended to and I’m still waiting. I went inside and asked for the service manager, the rep said that he wasn’t at his desk, I told him to pass a message to him and let him know that the service at his location is lousy and I left. will never go back to this location, nor will ever recommend them to anyone More

They were quick to agree on some of the add-ons I needed for the Tacoma, but when it came to actually doing the add-ons it with nothing but fallacies. I tried to speak with management about the issue but once that contract was signed they treated me like I was just a number not a customer. I tried to speak with the owner himself and it was the shortest and worst conversation ever. He’s not a people person so he didn’t even want to listen to what I had to say. He only communicates with his management team. This dealership will promise you oceanfront property in Arizona. And if they ever tell you they’re losing money on the deal they are lying. We agreed to void the contract. I drove over to Toyota of Grapevine To negotiate the same truck they were around 70 dollars a month cheaper than Toyota of Dallas. What Toyota of Dallas did was they moved numbers around to where it looked like you were getting a great deal until you go to another dealership who is more honest and customer friendly to realize they’re taking advantage of you. When Toyota of Dallas And I agreed to go our separate ways, they gave me back my trade in with some of the electronics disassembled. I asked if they would be honorable and reassemble it and told me to basically go fly a kite. More

They called quite a few times and then when I went to the dealership they started the whole game again and the manager who had called me didn’t even look at me, then another person came and said sorry there was some mistake in calculations. Candid suggestion: Go to other dealerships in the area and save couple thousand bucks. More

Last impression, should have been a good one after purchasing a vehicle, BUT then you run into Charles Mann, and he is an inconsiderate, unhappy, and rude representative to the company. Purchasing a car should be a exciting memory, only too bad the sales reps are all out to get theirs.... I drove home in a car, happy that I'm in a car, but hating the whole experience of buying one. More

He also was personable and understanding of all my wants and needs. He listened and cared for all my concerns and budget. He did everything to help me get a price point that I felt was fair and doable for my family. He was never pushy or overbearing during the process which I appreciate. He also went over every car I looked at to show me the positives and what each individual car was able to offer. He truly helped me find my dream car! Richard was also super awesome with the financial part. He as well was personable and understanding. He never rushed me and went over all the details and answered all my questions with great knowledge. He was quick and efficient which is great when you’re buying anything. All team members that I came into contact with were awesome and I will definitely recommend people to shop Toyota of Dallas. It was a fun and exciting experience. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. A thousand thank yous!! More
Pushy sales managers and poor follow up Upon arriving at this dealership needing a car i was helped by the sales associate Yanairy. She was well knowledgeable and had a great presentation so much so that I was considering purchasing one of the three cars she showed me. I was planning to leave and talk it over with my family and cosigner when a very rude manager came over and continuously tried to pressure me into a sale. I had asked Yanairy to get my license so i could leave before the manager showed up but because of this pushy sales pitch. I ended up leaving with out my license on accident pushed away by the aggressive pitch. I called them later, because this was totally on them for failing to provide me with my license, to see if someone could bring the license to me. I was told that the person on duty didn't have a car and she would have to leave the license with the finance manager until tomorrow, she then admitted there was a finance manager with her and said he refused to bring my license. This was a totally rude and overall poor quality of service from Toyota of dallas. I have taken my business elsewhere and will never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
