Sloppy Work April 10, 2018 I came in for the 5,000 mile service on my RAV4. I had an appointment. I was there for over two hours, in the noisy TV area, waiting April 10, 2018 I came in for the 5,000 mile service on my RAV4. I had an appointment. I was there for over two hours, in the noisy TV area, waiting for my car. Then I waited on the paperwork. Once I got in my car, I had to wait seven minutes for other cars to be moved so I could drive off. When I got home, I found that all four of the valve caps were barely screwed on. Then I checked the tightness of the lug nuts since the tires had been rotated. Two of them were not torqued sufficiently. I never did get an invitation from the dealer to leave a review, so I am doing it here. More

The select I purchased my new Toyota C-HR 2018 at Toyota of Dallas at the lowest price that I can find in DFW metroplex during last Memorial Day 5/28. The selections of all models at this dealer are so huge and the staffs are so friendly and knowledgeable. Although this was a very busy Memorial Day, they managed to complete my purchase in the shortest time that they can and so much quickier than I can expect.
