Sindia Estrella, the finance manager at Toyota of Dallas, not only added pre-paid or mechanical protection but extended the loan term from 60 to 66 without informing me. This is why it was hard to catch that they added some additional service contract without my knowledge. Unless you like your money get stolen, do not go to this dealer. More
