Disappointing and disrespectful experience I am disappointed with my experience at this dealership and with a lack of response from the dealership management. Friday, April 5 2019, at first, wo I am disappointed with my experience at this dealership and with a lack of response from the dealership management. Friday, April 5 2019, at first, working with Miguel Cardenas was helpful. He showed me several cars and helped me identify one of interest. However, I felt deceived when the salesman began negotiations with an out the door price $7k higher than the price advertised on-line. I walked out. The next day, Saturday, Miguel called with an offer that he claimed was the advertised price plus tax title and license. In fact, the offer was several hundred dollars higher than the advertised price plus TTL. Still, I brought my wife to see the car and attempted to negotiate the price again. As we walked out that evening, Miguel commented to my wife, "You deserve better". On our way out, a manager stopped us and eventually offered me a price that I was willing to accept. When we returned to the dealership on Monday, we worked with the same salesman to complete paperwork for the purchase. As I completed the paperwork, the salesman talked continuously. I asked him to stop talking several times, so that I could complete the paperwork. He continued to talk, haggling over the price of the car. After my third attempt to get him to stop talking, the salesman suggested that he did not care if we walked out the door. So we did. I addressed the experience with the manager on our way out the door, then called later in the week to clarify and follow up. Fortunately, we were able to find a nicer car at a more reasonable price at Freeman Toyota. So, I hopefully will not have to deal with this dealership again. More

Do not trust anyone at this dealer. Please keep in mind when the finance manager asked you to sign document, carefully read every words. They might be different from what you were presented before. Sindia Estrella, the finance manager at Toyota of Dallas, not only added pre-paid or mechanical protection but extended the loan term from 60 to 66 without informing me. This is why it was hard to catch that they added some additional service contract without my knowledge. Unless you like your money get stolen, do not go to this dealer. More
