Liars and cheaters. If I could give them negative stars, I would. AVOID!!!! I drove all the way from Austin to buy a truck I saw listed on AutoTrader. When I called to If I could give them negative stars, I would. AVOID!!!! I drove all the way from Austin to buy a truck I saw listed on AutoTrader. When I called to verify the price, they tried to increase the price, but ended up agreeing to the price listed. During my visit, I notice the antenna, floor mats, and some interior accessories are missing. I ask about this, and the salesman, Flabio, says that they don't come with those, and points out all the trucks on the used lot that are missing them. I asked if they just take them off and sell them on eBay, Flabio just laughed. He eventually told me he would try to get me the floor mats before I left, but after going through with the purchase he told me I was out of luck. OK, I buy the truck anyway (after 2+ hours where they run my credit even though I am paying cash). When I get home, I notice in the listing pictures that the truck DID have an antenna, floor mats, and the other accessories they say DON'T come with the truck. I sent a text to my salesman with photos asking why they lied and screwed me over. He tells me Steven, the sales manager, will give me a call. Never did. I had to call up there to get in touch with him the next day, where he was aggressive and rude. After a long discussion where Steven says that they have a problem of antenna and mats being STOLEN from trucks, and that Flabio shouldn't have said they don't come standard, he told me to eat dirt, they are the number one Toyota dealership in North Texas, and I was basically out of line for even asking. BS!! Why would a dealership continue to let this happen? if this is really an issue take these items off and store them inside to prevent them from getting stolen. I bet you can go to their website right now and see every vehicle listed with an antenna and floor mats... but when you get there to buy it, they will be gone. NEVER BUY FROM HERE. They do not care about the customer, and cannot admit when they are wrong, or when they lied. Especially Steven and Flabio in the used sales department. More

Syed or Culus or any of his assistant will play game for 7 days calling you every other day and then screw the new car dealership experience. 1. They insist and lie about Toyota only finance because they get higher kick backs. 2. More than 2 employees will haggle you, and lead you on for 7 days or more by not understanding you want no extra options such as tinted windows and plastic thin film door guards costing 650 plus rip off. 3. They will run your credit to so many lenders and refuse to take your personal banks such as major bank financing of Capital one. etc. that's an example/ 4. Waste your time and they will rip you off on payment adding things that don't matter like tints and extra options to make your payment heavy for another 20 Dollars. 5. When I first arrived the Toyota of Dallas, I told them multiple times that I don't want to pay for added options. They finally hit you again at the end of the deal to rip you off. Find a Better Toyota dealership or skip this their product.CHEATES More

Shootout to Syed that was really honest and saved the day (and he kicked Victor away from the table lol). Jonny Rivera did a good job as well on showing everything transparent. More

It was and always guy number two that come in for the kill and the (BS). He’s the one that’s going to try to hit you with ALL the extra fees that most of the time is non-sense, all the time. What blew my mind was that guy #2 was willing to miss selling a unit over $1,800 that he New was a bunch of crap. Then he insult my intelligence with you know most dealerships don’t take outside finance and continue to tell me that he will have to charge me outside financing fees. At that point I’m willing to walk away. I’m thinking who falls for this. My son and I walked away at this point enough is enough. At that point your entire team realize guy #2 just let a unite walk. I’m not sure who saved the day for that sale, but I bought the car after my salesmen came out to my son car and asked us to please come back in. I finally purchased the car without the crazy fees presented to me by guy number two. To make my new car buying experience even worse, I picked my car up on 5/28/19 my car was burly clean and during my final walk around my car with my salesmen I noticed that the tires didn’t have much life left, so I mentioned this to the salesmen and his exact words were (awww you should make it though the summer...). I’m thinking I just purchased a $16,000 car and you telling me I should be ok buying new tires in the next 2 to 3mos and be ok with that? Then after driving for a minute I realized my car is pretty much on empty. Really! Really! Never again at that location. Who approved that and what GM was ok with that presentation. Patricia M.C. smh 🤦🏾??? More

I wasn’t in the market for a new car, but Daniel KOECH from your new car sales contacted me and told me about year-end close out specials and peaked my interest enough to make an appointment and come see him. He was extremely helpful in finding the car exactly like I wanted and with Sandy‘s help came up with a Number that I could live with, so I purchased a 2019 Highlander Limited. Also in the finance department I was treated very professionally and great courtesy. Also another reason is I’ve gotten nothing but excellent service from Russell Firth, and your maintenance department , And I look forward to working with him going forward with keeping my Highlander and running smoothly. I do feel like I’m a valued customer of Toyota of Dallas. And I am grateful to all that made that feeling possible. Best regards… Paula J Tuttle,, PJ More
Great experience I have purchased 25+ cars as an adult. This dealership is honestly the worst I have ever dealt with. They lied about interest rates when our credit sc I have purchased 25+ cars as an adult. This dealership is honestly the worst I have ever dealt with. They lied about interest rates when our credit scores are in the 800’s. The GM Darren is the most arrogant and dishonest car dealer I have ever purchased from. We test drove vehicles at Toyota of Grapevine and told them we were considering Toyota of Dallas and they warned us not to trust them. Even other car dealers know how dishonest and cutthroat this dealer is. Against our better judgment we still went because the deal was really good. But with anything there are always strings attached. So a word of caution - I highly recommend you not do business with them. If you do you will regret it. More
