Beware Dishonest Dealer I give a 1 star rating because zero is not an option. The most dishonest dealer I have ever dealt with. I was contacted by the dealer in January to I give a 1 star rating because zero is not an option. The most dishonest dealer I have ever dealt with. I was contacted by the dealer in January to trade in my 2017 Highlander lease early for a new 2020 Highlander, which I took them up on or so I thought I did. Turns out I got a bill from Toyota Financial Services today for $2600 as settlement for the early termination of my lease. That's right I didn't trade my old vehicle in they just ended the lease and turned it in without explaining their intent. Now I'm saddled with paying off the early termination fees. If you want to buy a new Toyota I suggest you go anywhere other than Toyota of Dallas. More
